Dear FutureMe,
I hope you're still loving music--I hope your itunes library is like 1,000 Gigs.
Are you still in love with him? If you're not, I'm sorry... but you'll get over him and he's just not in God's plan. There'll be others, but you don't need them right now.
Are you still in love with Him--the Lord? Have you forgotten what He's done for you since you started college? He brought you friends, prosperity, love, blessings, and FAITH! Don't forget that faith makes all the difference--stand firm in your faith, and more importantly, do something about your faith! Join the Widows Ministry, get involved in the Bagpipe--do everything and anything for the glory of God.
As for your career, follow God. Find the need. If teaching is not for you, you don't have to teach. God has something bigger in mind.
And stop sweating about finances--when you're 80, you're not gonna care about loans, you'll be looking to Heaven.
Last, don't forget to thank God for everything--for the blessings of the smallest things, for the couple of years that someone was in your life, for your mom, your dad, and your brother. For your future husband. Thank him. Thank him every day. Thank Jesus.
I love you,
Megan
P.S. Don't forget to care about the smallest need, listen to the smallest voice crying out for help, and do everything that you think is impossible--EVERYTHING IS POSSIBLE WITH GOD.
