Dear FutureMe,
Hello. We are surprised when we read this email. We have completely forgotten about it, and this is such a random date to receive this. We know. This is also such a strange tense to write in.
We are now a college student. We've been accepted somewhere that we like and are working towards becoming a wildlife biologist (or did we change our minds and choose something else? Do tell.) But either way, life is on track. This past year, we've taken the time to really live. We've bought flowers for ourselves just because, we've taken random aimless walks and we also now have abs. We better have abs. The current us is working very hard for abs. We are living well and our daily life doesn't feel monotonous. We have become a healthier, more productive version of ourself that knows how to work hard but also takes break and enjoys living in the moment and reveling in the fact that we are alive. We are alive we are alive we are alive. We've done more things that make us feel alive.
We have accomplishments that make us proud. We are no longer so held back by our own fears and inhibitions. We've read more books, we've hung out with close friends, we've saved up and moved out. We are good. Life is good.
