Dear FutureMe,
Hey! I wonder, which university did you end up getting into? To set the vibe, currently, you're in 12th grade, 2 months into the academic year. You're about to start preparing for your capstone project/immersion, you're applying to your dream universities, and you're currently writing this letter on your desk to avoid your physics and calculus homework.
You want to apply to every college you can apply to, just to be safe, in case the "Big 4" doesn't accept you. But my oh my, your eyes are focused on DLSU, am I right? Gosh, I really hope they accept you, and with a scholarship of course! Their tuition fee might just be one of the most expensive things your parents will invest in you. I know how much you admire their campus, their system, their schedule, the opportunities they offer, and merely the university itself!
But also, I hope you won't expect too much. Thousands of applicants apply and CETs weren't executed for your batch, so the chances are low. Like, really low. It's definitely okay if you don't get into DLSU or any other big 4 universities. As long as you go into college and you're still doing what you want, you're good. A prestigious alma mater will absolutely not impact your future much. It's only a fraction of it. The rest will depend on your passion and vision. You go, girl!
