Dear FutureMe,
Right now, as I write, it is one of the most difficult, depressing, frustrating times of my life.
Health is not well. I am not emotionally stable. Work is sucking out all my energy. But I am not writing this to count my sorrows and depress YOU further.
But I hope when you read this, years from now, you look back and thank God. For making you survive, for keeping you strong. I hope you look back and find things to be thankful for.
I hope you are at a happy place, while you read this.
I may not feel it while I write this, but deep down I know I am strong, I'll make it. I say this coz when you are reading this, and if you find yourself sad, don't be. We'll survive. We always have.
But tell me, have you lost weight or gained? If you've gained, start losing! Do the things you used to love, yoga, Zumba and I really hope you are better at swimming now.
And do you have a dog! And kids? Like you planned/dreamt/wondered. I hope you do!
And I hope you have travelled at least enough to make me minutely proud.
Stay strong!
Love,
Me
P.S. Have you begun writing the book? Your first book?
