A letter from April 28th, 2020

Dear FutureMe, I know right now you are doubtful if you could finish your degree program knowing that your 1st semester's major grades were not that irrevocable. Nonetheless, always focus unto your reasons as to why you have decided to enter this path. Some of your classmates in the SHS might be excelling now, but remember, you grow at your own pace and never compare yourself to others. Be always thankful to the people you have journeyed with because in a way, they are all teaching you lessons to ponder on for the future. Remember, grades don't define your skills and wit because they are only manifested through application. I hope 5 years from now, you'll be better than today; Better physique, better skin, better communication skills, better son, better Child of God. Just enjoy every detail of your life and never ever underestimate the power of prayer. There are instances wherein you could ask numerous questions to God, but dear, remember that you already went through what was considered to be the most bitter, darkest, and excruciating experiences in life. And those moments taught you to be stronger than before and wiser than being wise. As you read this 5 years from now, know that I am very much proud of your achievements especially being able to finish your degree program despite the odds in your Nursing journey.
