I know how busy you are. I know that you don’t feel in control. I know you worry about not doing and being enough for the family. Don’t worry about the mistakes, no one even notices. They only notice when you’re unhappy. They don’t see that you’re the cause of you’re own unhappiness. They think they’ve caused it.
Easier said than done; please stop sweating the small stuff. Give yourself a break! You are amazing. And you are more than enough. xx
