I admire your bravery, courage and determination for finally starting your own business in your 50s! You're a legend!

It's been a big year of fear and doubt and worry about money but ultimately it's been hugely rewarding and fulfilling to stop trying to put a square peg in a round hole and do what you were born to do - to HELP PEOPLE fulfil their potential. In every job you've done you've felt in some way that you are putting a square peg in a round hole but finally the round peg is being inserted into the round hole and it feels amazing.

You work hard but you've always worked hard (and played hard and relaxed HARD) and it has never mattered what job you have done in the past, you always helped people over and above whatever paid job you're doing, so good on you for making it your life's work and getting paid for it! All the doubts you've had about yourself and your abilities (your imposter syndrome) have virtually disappeared because you are doing what comes naturally and what you have always been passionate about.

You have made a difference to so many people's lives this year by opening doors for them, finding them jobs and scholarship opportunities, building their confidence, smashing their inner critic and imposter syndrome and expanding their networks and their horizons. Most importantly, you are doing something really positive to change the world and make it a better place. In your sixth decade, you are finally fulfilling your potential and you know that the more people you help to fulfil their potential, the better the world will be.
